ZDK Metal Works is a pioneer in Stainless Steel Guide Roll technology in India. We are the first engineering company to introduce the guide roll manufacturing expertise in India and have been closely associated with Textiles.
Shri Ratilal Zaverchand Kansara, a traditional coppersmith, started a with stainless steel utensil manufacturing unit in Bilimora in 1952 and then established the Zaverchand Dayaram Kansara Metal Works in the year 1957 as its founder chairman which was a pipe manufacturing unit. Shri Chandrakant Ratilal Kansara inspired supported by father Shri Ratilal Zaverchand Kansara a self-reliant technocrat gathered technical know-how indigenously to manufacture Stainless Steel Guide Roller & strengthened his industrial establishment in Textile Process Machinery Plants / Units which created a huge demand as textile industry grew. He later forayed in to sheet metal fabrication in steel and copper for distilleries. His ability to spot an opportunity made him a visionary.
ZDK Metal Works is currently lead by Shri Yogesh Chandrakant Kansara, having an experience of 35 years during which he has gained expertise to and aided by his son, Falgun Yogesh Kansara

We have two manufacturing units, one at Bilimora and the other at Chikhli. Our supervisors are technically qualified and have rich experience in sheet metal manufacturing. The welders are routinely tested by qualifying agencies for superior manufacturing quality.

CRK Engineering works is one of the foremost companies with vast experience in design, manufacture & supply of chemical plant equipments viz: Distillation columns handling Industrial Alcohol & Rectified spirits plants & downstream projects such as Acetic Acid \ Acetic Anhydride distillation units, Tower internals, Distributors, Reactors, Reaction Vessels, Heat-Exchangers where the material of construction are SS, Copper, Mild-steel, Carbon-Steel etc. Apart from that we are adept in manufacturing heat economizing energy saving systems, effluent treatment plants equipments, pressure filters, RO piping, re-activators, clarifiers with drive mechanism system as per clients requirements design & specification for water treatment plants equipments.
